Package Your Items
Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all OMY designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
